COMMUNICATION OF MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF MELCHIONI READY S.r.l. INTO MELCHIONI S.p.A.
We inform you that, with effect from 1 November 2022 (the "Effective Date"), the merger by incorporation of the undersigned company Melchioni Ready S.r.l. a socio unico (hereinafter the "Incorporated Company") into the relative sole shareholder, the company Melchioni S.p.A. (hereinafter the "Absorbing Company").
Consequently, the Incorporating Company will take over, without interruption, all relationships of any kind, assets and liabilities, pertaining to the Incorporated Company.
Therefore, we are hereby informing you that we wish to take note of the underlying references relating to the

As a result of this provision and pursuant to the current Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions ("Privacy Code") and of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 ("Regulation"), the Incorporating takes over the ownership of the Personal Data already processed by the Incorporated and undertakes to process them according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and relevance, in full compliance with the provisions and obligations set out in the Privacy Code and by the Regulations, with particular regard to the provisions on adequate security measures.
