Description

The Weller WXHP 120 W preheating plate is designed for professional multilayer soldering applications and components with high mass, offering high power and efficient heat transfer that minimises energy loss. The heated surface measures 80 x 50 mm, and the adjustable temperature range spans from 50°C to 200°C, ensuring precise control via a platinum sensor and a closed-loop control system that maintains the required temperature for each component. The device features integrated ESD protection at no additional cost, ensuring the safety of sensitive components during use. Operating parameters can be stored directly on the plate, allowing efficient and repeatable management of the preheating process. Its compact external dimensions (150 x 120 x 65 mm) facilitate integration into workbenches, while compatibility with Weller WX 1, WX 2, WXD 2, WXA 2, and WXR 3 stations broadens its versatility. Powered by 24 V with an output of 120 W, this plate represents a reliable and high-performance solution for industrial preheating.
