The FIAMM 12FGL70 rechargeable lead-acid battery is a sealed VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) accumulator featuring AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) gas recombination technology, which ensures a recombination efficiency of over 99%. Designed for both standby and cyclic use, this 12V 70Ah battery delivers reliable performance across a wide range of industrial and security applications, thanks to its hermetically sealed structure and complete maintenance-free design, eliminating the need for electrolyte top-up.
Its M6 terminal design guarantees a secure and robust connection, ideal for installation in electronic equipment or confined spaces where a stable and long-lasting power source is required. The battery is particularly suitable for emergency lighting systems, signage, alarm systems, industrial process continuity, UPS, light traction, and energy storage systems for renewable sources. It is essential to use a constant voltage charging system in accordance with the specifications indicated on the product, avoiding deep discharges that could compromise its lifespan and efficiency.
To ensure maximum safety during handling, it is recommended to take all necessary precautions, as the battery contains acid. Additionally, it is crucial not to leave the battery discharged after use but to recharge it immediately to preserve its technical characteristics and longevity. The minimum voltage during discharge must not fall below 10.4 V for this 12V battery to avoid irreversible damage to the accumulator.
