The Weller WR 3M 3-channel rework unit is a standalone control station designed for soldering, desoldering, and hot air soldering operations, integrating three independent channels with a total power of 400 watts. The WR3M control unit allows simultaneous operation of three tools, with specific powers up to 200 watts for hot air, 120 watts for desoldering, and 200 watts for soldering. Equipped with high-precision digital control, it features a large high-contrast LCD display for intuitive viewing of critical functions, and a USB port for software updates and data logging. The airflow adjustment is variable from 1 to 15 L/min, allowing precise adaptation to different work requirements, from handling small SMD components to heating larger surfaces. The station also supports peripheral control of solder baths and preheating plates, ensuring high operational versatility.
The set includes specific professional tools: the WP120 120W 24V soldering iron, ideal for medium-sized components with high energy demands, equipped with Silver Line heating technology for rapid temperature achievement; the DSX 120W desoldering iron with an internal tube for solder collection, designed for quick heating and recovery, with a vacuum delay function to prevent blockages, perfect for lead-free soldering; and the Hap 200 200W hot air soldering iron, with an adjustable temperature from 90°C to 540°C, allowing contactless soldering and desoldering of SMD components via controlled hot air. The kit is completed with software on CD and a USB cable for station management and updates, making this system a highly professional, efficient, and versatile tool for advanced electronic rework applications.
