Description
The Extender uses single cat5e or cat6 cables (recommended) instead of HDMI cables to transmit high-definition signals up to 60 metres, reducing costs. The Extender is designed to provide long-distance transmission of high-definition signals.
Application
The HDMI extender is used in audiovisual conferences, command and control centres, home theatres, multimedia teaching, conference systems, and so on.

Connections
1. Connect an HDMI cable between the source device and the TX Extender,
maximum cable length 10 metres;
2. Connect an HDMI cable between the display device and the RX Extender,
maximum cable length 15 metres;
3. Connect single cat-5e or cat-6 cables (recommended) instead of HDMI cables between
TX and RX Extender, maximum cable length 60 metres;
4. Connect the 5V power supply to TX and RX;
5. LED indicator light:
TX and RX LED indicator: when an input signal is present, it turns blue
6. EDID button: the button supports switching EDID between 720P and 1080P (1080P is the default EDID when powered on).
