Mini butane gas soldering iron T0051607599 - Weller
Lightweight butane gas soldering iron with manual operation featuring soldering, hot air blowing, and torch functions. Ready to use in 30 seconds, it allows soldering anywhere without the need for electrical outlets and without cable clutter.
Description
The WSTA2 Pyropen model is filled with butane gas, and it is recommended to use only the Weller PGR1 butane gas refill, code 2161668. When closed, the Pyropen soldering iron resembles a standard pen; the top protects the soldering tip when not in use, and the pen base contains the butane gas tank. An external ignition source (a match or lighter) is required to ignite the soldering iron. Replacement hot air soldering nozzles and soldering tips are available, and the Pyropen Junior model is an excellent addition to any soldering kit.
It features an aluminium protective cap with a pocket clip and a safety lock that prevents assembly when the soldering iron is in use. The adjustable temperature ranges from 400 °C to 500 °C for the soldering iron function, up to 650 °C for the hot air blow, and up to 1300 °C for the blowtorch.
