Description
OSRAM AirZingPRO™ uses the effect of UVC lamps to provide highly effective sanitising action on environments and surfaces.
AirZing can be used to sanitise rooms; one device carries out its sanitising action over an area of approximately 20 sqm.
The UV-C rays at the specific wavelength of 253.7 nm (the wavelength of the lamps used in AirZing) alter the external structure of the DNA/RNA of bacteria and viruses to such an extent that the cell is no longer able to multiply and survive. Consequently, microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria that cannot multiply CANNOT cause diseases.
