The 12V 7Ah YUASA NP7-12 rechargeable lead-acid battery is a sealed VRLA AGM type accumulator, designed with gas recombination technology that allows the recovery of 99% of internal gases, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation without the need for maintenance or topping up. This feature makes it suitable for both standby and cyclic applications, offering high versatility for multiple professional sectors.
Thanks to its sealed structure, the battery can be installed in enclosed environments or integrated within electronic equipment without risks of leaks or contamination. Typical applications include emergency lighting systems, signage, security and alarm systems, industrial process continuity, UPS, light traction, and energy storage systems for renewable energy. The battery guarantees stable and reliable performance, provided a constant voltage charging system compliant with the specified requirements is used, thereby avoiding irreversible damage from overcharging or deep discharges.
It is essential to avoid leaving the battery discharged after use, always proceeding with immediate recharging to preserve its lifespan and efficiency. During the discharge phase, the voltage must not drop below 10.4 V for this 12 V battery. It is also recommended to handle the product with care, as it contains acid, and to adopt all necessary safety precautions during installation and maintenance.
