The SOUSY Sous Vide by Melchioni Family is an advanced device for vacuum and low-temperature cooking, designed to guarantee precise and professional results right at home. Equipped with an easy-to-read LED digital display and touch sensor buttons with touch activation, it allows you to adjust the temperature within a range of 25°C to 90°C with a stability of ±0.1°C. The clamp attachment system makes it compatible with any container, from 6 to 15 litres in capacity.
The device has a power output of 1200 Watts and a water circulation capacity of between 6 and 8 litres per minute, ensuring even heat distribution for perfect cooking. The thermal safety protection and IPX7 rating guarantee safe and reliable use. Additionally, it features an integrated timer and an LED operation indicator for optimal control of the cooking process.
The kit includes useful accessories such as a manual vacuum pump, a set of 10 vacuum bags, 4 clips, and 2 sealing clips, facilitating food preparation and storage.
