Description
The multi-application capability of this station makes it ideal for use in situations requiring maximum flexibility. The station features a built-in air pump to supply air for the hot air stylus and can be used to rework both surface-mount and through-hole components. The WMD1S control unit incorporates a microprocessor-controlled system to regulate soldering and desoldering processes. The processor can also identify which tool is being used and automatically calibrate the output without the need for manual adjustments. All accessories can be controlled from the control unit. By using the WCB1 and WCB2 control modules, additional functions can be programmed into the base unit, such as temperature lock, recovery time, temperature offset, °C / °F, and factory settings reset.
